The short story
Molly Fonseca brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, operations, and administration, supporting mission-driven organizations across a variety of sectors. Her expertise includes financial management, board relations, membership engagement, fundraising, event planning, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations including Mothers’ Milk Bank at Austin, the American Cancer Society, and NAMI Central Texas.
She is also the co-founder and Producing Co-Artistic Director of Broad Theatre, an Austin-based nonprofit dedicated to developing new theatrical works and expanding opportunities for underrepresented artists. Molly holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Arkansas.
