When I started KDC, I could not afford tools that did everything I needed. So I met clients where they were and learned their systems instead. Years later, I have worked in almost every platform out there. It still did not give me the one thing I wanted most. A high-level view across every association we run. So we built our own. I am always looking at the forest. My team is always looking at the trees. That is how we manage upwards of 80 associations without letting anything slip.
